Who talks about us

The Albarino grapes are specially selected by our winemakers from our own vineyards and our growers’ from the Val do Salnes subregion. Harvest is always carried out manually and, after a preselection, a final selection takes place before a cool maceration at 46ºF for 4-6 hours. It is followed by a solf pressing to obtain the juice to produce the Albarino wine.
Straw yellow with green, clean and bright hues integrated carbon fine.
Good intensity, notes of white flowers, elderberry, mimosas and white fruits, apple, pear, citrus background.
The entrance is slightly doomed without being sweet, floral notes reappear aftertaste and white fruit, balanced acidity that gives freshness and encourages drinking again.
