The Piñeiro Cores family has been cultivating vineyards in Galicia for generations. In the region’s earliest vineyards, they began planting the Albariño grape variety, laying the foundation for a winemaking tradition that culminated in 2002 with the creation of Adegas Gran Vinum S.L., a family-owned winery in Rías Baixas.
We carefully craft Albariño wine with Rías Baixas D.O., renowned for its quality and authenticity, while preserving the unique character of this Galician land.
Adegas Gran Vinum owns 3.2 hectares of vineyards in Rías Baixas and collaborates with small local winegrowers who cultivate plots of less than one hectare, with an average age of 31 years. All of them follow our strict quality standards and show great respect for the Albariño grape variety, applying traditional techniques and sustainable treatments to preserve the aromatic richness and authentic character of Albariño wine with Rías Baixas D.O.
The vineyards are located on the slopes and riverbanks of Val do Salnés (Galicia), where the Atlantic climate and the influence of the Ría de Arousa bring freshness, minerality, and a distinct personality to our grapes.

Our Albariño is made 100% from Albariño grapes, considered the most important native grape variety of Galicia.
Its flavor is fresh and smooth, with good body and an alcohol content between 11% and 13% Vol., along with balanced acidity (between 6 and 8 g/l). It is a harmonious wine with complex nuances, true to the typical characteristics of Albariño.
