Albariño wine is today one of the most distinctive and prestigious wines in the world — a true symbol of Galicia’s winemaking tradition and of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.
Our Adegas Gran Vinum Albariño is made 100% from Albariño grapes, considered the most important native variety of Galicia.
Its flavor is fresh and smooth, with good body and an alcohol content between 11% and 13% Vol., balanced acidity (between 6 and 8 g/l), and a wide range of harmonious nuances. On the nose, it is intense, with a complex and diverse aromatic profile that highlights fruity, floral, herbal, balsamic, and spicy notes. But it is on the palate where Albariño truly shines: fresh, full-bodied, harmonious, and with perfectly balanced acidity.
These wines pair beautifully with fish and the iodized flavors of shellfish, and also complement the latest sea-inspired culinary creations. They are also excellent companions for chicken, pasta, soft cheeses, or salads.
Versatile and elegant, Albariño wines are perfect to savor slowly during lively aperitifs or as part of a refined gastronomic experience.
Albariño should be served chilled, ideally between 10 °C and 12 °C, to fully enjoy its freshness and aromas.
