Gran Vinum

TESTING NOTES

The Albarino wine Gran Vinum is made with Albarino grapes grown using the traditional techniques on sandy and granite soil and are harvesting is carried out manually from our land “Mirando Arosa” during the last week of September. After that, the grapes are kept to cool maceration with skin contact for 20 hours before pressing and followed by fermentation in stainless steel at 60,8ºF for 22 days.

Visual phase:

Straw yellow with intense, clean and bright green tones.

Aromatic phase:

Medium-high intensity, first appear notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, white fruits, pear water, tropical, lychee and stone fruit, peach. Background with balsamic notes.

Tasty phase:

Very fresh palate, good acidity, balanced, with lots of fresh fruit, citrus sensations again, pineapple, fat and long.
